Reservation Conditions
Useful information regarding your stay
OPENING HOURS & ANNUAL CLOSING
Our campsite is open all year round, except from 05.11.2023 to 15.12.2023 and from 15.04.2024 to 05.05.2024 (company holiday). Please note that there are limited opening hours for the entire site infrastructure in low and mid-season.
VALIDITY
These reservation conditions apply to tourist pitches, day-trippers, apartments and luxury suites.
Separate GTCs apply to long-term campers.
BOOKINGS
Pitch bookings are accepted in all seasons for a minimum of 3 nights. Arrival and departure days are variable. In low and high season, we generally only take apartment bookings for the Jagdhof from 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday) and from 5 nights for the Wiesenhof (arrival and departure days variable). Our luxury suites can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. Exception Christmas/New Year's Eve:
- 10 nights minimum booking for camping stays
- 12 nights for apartments
- 7 nights for luxury suites
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
After receipt of your reservation in writing, you will immediately receive a binding booking confirmation from us. Arrangements made by telephone or additional agreements of any kind will only form part of the contract if they have been confirmed by us in writing.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT
A booking is only valid after receipt of the deposit payment. For our apartments, 1/3 of the total amount will be charged in advance. Deposit payments (minus any bank charges) will be credited towards the final invoice. No reservation fees will be charged! If you make an online booking, we will charge the whole amount in advance.

We are also happy to debit your credit card for the deposit - for this we require the 16-digit card number, as well as the card expiry date (please inform us by phone or e-mail).
PAYMENT
The total amount owed is to be paid directly at check-in, in cash or by card (EC, Visa, Mastercard). You are also welcome to transfer the amount in advance. Please note that we only accept cash payment for special offer weeks and discounts.
PRICING
On reservation of your pitch/rental accommodation, you are deemed to have accepted our current rates. Retrospective amendments and deductions are not possible!
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Your booked pitch is available from 14.00 hrs on arrival day. which we kindly ask you to vacate by no later than 11.00 hrs on departure day. Our apartments and luxury suites are ready for occupancy from 16.00 hrs. They must be vacated by 9.00 hrs on departure day at Jagdhof and by 10.00 hrs at Wiesenhof. Please let us know if your arrival is significantly delayed. If we receive no such notification, the pitch/rented accommodation will only be retained for you until 12.00 noon on the following day, after which it will be reallocated.
MISCELLANEOUS
The booked arrival and departure day are binding for both parties. Campsite management reserves the right to change space allocations, if necessary, for special reasons. We cannot be held responsible for delays in arrival or early departure. Pitch or accommodation fees shall also be payable for any booked, but unused days. Furthermore, apartments or pitches that have been vacated early, may also be reallocated.
CANCELLATIONS
It is not uncommon for plans to change unexpectedly and a booked holiday must be cancelled or ended prematurely. Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellation earlier than 8 weeks prior to your intended arrival date: € 30.00 handling fee
Cancellation between 4 and 8 weeks prior to your intended arrival date: 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before your intended arrival date: 100% of the total amount
Should you fail to keep your reservation or not make use of services booked on site, we will retain our full entitlement to the booking price, but will refund any expenses saved (local taxes, environmental contribution, etc.).
We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance in order to cover any risks that could lead to you not being able to travel, or your trip being cancelled altogether. Our partner in this respect is Europäische Reiseversicherung. You are welcome to take out insurance cover through us.
