We are on holiday!
Dear guests,
Our resort is open all year round. Nevertheless, we need a short break in between to get our resort in shape and prepare it for the following season.
Therefore, our resort is currently closed from 27.04.2025 up to and including 18.05.2025.
During this time, all our facilities such as the supermarket, children's centre and indoor pool will also be closed. The sanitary facilities at the ‘Wiesenhof’ and ‘Sanitary building 3’ will remain open for our permanent campers. The ‘Kraftreich Aufenfeld’ with restaurant and the Western Steakhouse are also open.
Our reception is available for your enquiries by e-mail and telephone from Monday to Friday during the company holiday.

Cancellations
It is not uncommon for plans to change unexpectedly and a booked holiday must be cancelled or ended prematurely. Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation earlier than 8 weeks prior to your intended arrival date: € 30.00 processing fee
Cancellation between 4 and 8 weeks prior to your intended arrival date: 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before your intended arrival date: 100% of the total amount
If you are unable to arrive at short notice or do not use booked services on-site, we retain our full entitlement to the booking price but will refund any saved expenses (local tax, environmental contribution, etc.).
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover any risks that may prevent you from starting or completing your trip. Our partner for this is the Europäische Reiseversicherung You are welcome to arrange insurance coverage through us.
