We are on holiday!
Dear guests,
Our resort is open all year round. Nevertheless, we need a short break in between to get our resort in shape and prepare it for the following season.
Therefore, our resort is currently closed from 27.04.2025 up to and including 18.05.2025.
During this time, all our facilities such as the supermarket, children's centre and indoor pool will also be closed. The sanitary facilities at the ‘Wiesenhof’ and ‘Sanitary building 3’ will remain open for our permanent campers. The ‘Kraftreich Aufenfeld’ with restaurant and the Western Steakhouse are also open.
Our reception is available for your enquiries by e-mail and telephone from Monday to Friday during the company holiday.

Benefit from professional advice from the new ski hire service from Keiler Ski School and choose from a wide range of the latest models from Nordica, Head and Atomic. The team will also be happy to bring your own skis and snowboards up to speed again.
The all-round ski service restores skis and snowboards to their original glory, whilst ensuring optimum edge grip, because skiing and snowboarding is only really fun when your gear is up to scratch.

Learn, or improve safe skiing techniques for more skiing or snowboarding pleasure with the best trained snow sports instructors. Learning is fun in these ski schools! No matter whether you are a beginner, advanced or require private lessons - it is no problem at all - we are happy to put you in touch with your preferred ski school.
We would recommend that you book ski lessons online in advance as there may be limited space, especially during holiday periods when bookings are made at short notice.
Keiler Ski School (and ski hire) offers a wide range of ski courses in the Hochzillertal (Kaltenbach) ski area. You can book the courses directly through our ski rental office (behind reception), or online in advance.
