1. Arrival & check-in

When can I take occupancy of my pitch/apartment?

Your pitch is available from 14.00 hrs on arrival day - the apartments and luxury suites are ready for occupation from 16:00 hrs. You are welcome to arrive earlier and use our resort facilities until your booked unit is ready for occupancy.

Where can I park if I arrive during the night?

If you arrive at night with your caravan/motorhome, you can park in front of the barrier on the "Rosenstraße" on one of the overnight parking spaces (with electricity connection), for which we charge a fee of € 35.00 (2 people, excl. electricity) in peak season. You can then report to reception from 8.15 hrs, to find out whether your booked pitch is already free.

2. Camping

Electricity

Our pitches are fitted with 6-10 ampere (luxury pitches 13 ampere) fuses. You will need a Euro plug (CEE three-pin plug) for the connection. This can also be borrowed from reception for a rental fee of € 5.00.

Gas connection & gas bottles

Some pitches are equipped with a direct gas connection. We will be happy to connect the gas for you - our groundsmen have the necessary equipment. If you do not have a gas hose and/or regulator, you are welcome to borrow them from us.

An external socket and a plug-in connector for a quick gas connection are an advantage, but not absolutely necessary. You can certainly get information about this from your camping specialist.

A one-off fee of € 8.00 is charged for the gas connection - gas is then charged according to consumption.

Alternatively, you can buy the grey steel gas bottles (5 kg - € 36.00 and 11 kg - € 42.00) at reception. Unfortunately, we do not stock aluminium gas cannisters.

TV connection

All pitches are equipped with a TV connection. You will find this in the mains box on the pitch. You will need a TV cable and DVB-C receiver, or an integrated cable receiver. The TV cable can be rented for € 8.00 at reception.

Drinking water

All water points on our campsite are of drink water quality. Please use this valuable natural resource with care.

Wastewater and chemical toilet

Comfort and Luxury pitches have a wastewater connection for greywater directly at the pitch. In addition, there is a central wastewater disposal point in front of the reception, where you will also find the Camper-Clean, which automatically cleans your toilet cassette (€ 2.00). Alternatively, you can empty the cassettes manually at the chemical toilets at the Sonnenhof, Jagdhof and Beach Café.

Where can I park my car?

Please park your car directly on your pitch. Alternative parking areas are also available, for which we charge € 2.50 per day, or € 15.00 per day in the underground car park.

Can I barbecue on my pitch?

In principle, barbecuing is permitted at the campsite (also using charcoal), but please note the following:

open fires are prohibited
the barbecue must have supporting legs
there must be a drip tray under the barbecue to prevent damage to the ground
the fire must be extinguished immediately in the event of wind or strong smoke

Can I hear passing traffic?

Depending on the weather, you can sometimes hear traffic from the main road. Between the campsite and the main road, there is a side road and a buffer wall to contain the noise.

What is a wood chip facility?

Our resort is predominantly heated with wood chips, which our groundsmen produce themselves. As a result, noise can sometimes occur at the woodchip plant during the day (outside quiet hours) for around 1-2 hours while chipping is taking place.

3. General Information

Dogs

Dogs are allowed on all pitches. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartments or luxury suites. There is a small dog shower at the Jagdhof and a dog-walking path directly to its rear. You can also follow the hiking trail (behind the children's playhouse) to a small waterfall. Dogs are not allowed in the bathing lake/lawn area or in the sanitary facilities. Always keep your four-legged friend on a short leash please, and do not leave it unattended in your caravan for hours at a time.

Is there WI-FI?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite. You do not need a password to log in, you just have to accept our terms and conditions.

Can friends visit me at the Adventure Resort?

Yes - but please register them at the reception or at the Leisure Park cash desk. The visitor's fee costs € 8.00 in high season (from 6 years) and allows your guests to use the entire resort facilities (bathing lake, adventure park..). Admission to the indoor swimming pool/sauna area must be paid for separately.

4. Apartments & Luxury Suites

Do I have to bring bed linen and towels?

We are happy to provide you with bed linen and a towel set per person. Our Wiesenhof guests also receive an exclusive wellness bag with bathrobe, bath towels and slippers for the duration of their stay.

Where can I park my car?

Apartment guests can park in our underground car park free of charge.

Can I bring my bicycle?

You are welcome to bring your bike - you can store it safely in the Jagdhof or Wiesenhof ski room.

5. Departure & Check-Out

When do I have to vacate my pitch/apartment?

We kindly ask you to adhere to the following departure times:
